PSYCHOTHERAPY
I am a licensed therapist who provides therapy for adults, couples, & teens living with depression, anxiety, and the impact of trauma. Those who benefit most from by approach are ready & motivated to explore difficult emotions and believe they will benefit exploring how past hurts may influence their lives today. I am an intersectional therapist, meaning we address the role of identity (race, class, gender, sexuality, disability) and systems (oppression & discrimination) as well as standard topics, like stress, relationships, self-esteem, achievement, and happiness.
I create a non-judgmental, supportive, & irreverent space to help you access a deeper level of awareness. We collaborate together to help you reach the changes you want to see.
